The role of the Registered Nurse or Newborn Care Provider is to feed, soothe, bathe, change & provide all other gentle care to baby through the night.
We also provide evidence based education and ongoing support to parents.

We provide free newborn care to Military & First Responders whose babies arrive when a parent is deployed, wounded or deceased.
Our night nanny & postpartum doula program means better health outcomes for the families that serve all of us.
Mission: Sleep has been featured on FOXNews, ABC7 and received formal support from Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA), Governor Ralph Northam (D-VA), Rep. Richard Anderson (R-VA, 51st District) and hundreds of families across the United States.
