Recommended Childhood Immunization Schedule 2015

Tags:

Every year, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) publishes a recommended immunization schedule for persons age birth through 18 years living in the United States. These updated recommendations have been approved by the American Academy of Pediatrics, Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, American Academy of Family Physicians, and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Take a look at the recommended schedule for 2015 below:

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices also published a recommended “catch-up immunization schedule” for children and adolescents who may not be up to date with current vaccinations. Those wanting to view that schedule can view the printable, color version online here.

The CDC also has an interactive tool that parents can use to create a customized schedule of vaccines needed from birth-6 years. Parents can also print color, pocket-sized immunization schedules or order free laminated cards. Learn more by visiting the CDC website online here.

If you or your partner have any concerns about the suggested vaccination schedule or a question about a particular vaccine, please consult your pediatrician.
